- 評量目的:提供教師本人作為教學改進之參考與輔助教學之用。
- 學習反應與評量登入路徑:ap.usc.edu.tw
校務系統(新) →教務資訊模組(Academic Affairs Module) → 教務資訊系統(Academic Affairs System) → 學習反應填寫系統(Student feedback system) → GB0101-學習反應與評量(Student feedback)。 - 依本校選課辦法規定,透過「網路加退選登記」次學期課程前,須完成當學期所修全部課程之教學評量。
- 請同學依規定時間踴躍上網填答,圖書暨資訊處有空檔之電腦教室皆可使用,歡迎同學多加利用。
- 評量結果之報表以量化且不具名方式顯示,並於任課老師送出成績後,才開放予老師查詢。同學不用擔心填答評量會被知道是何人書寫,或是影響期末成績的公平性。
- 如果老師的教學很棒,也請同學不吝給老師們鼓勵。
- 希望同學能注意網路禮儀,提出有建設性的建議事項,切勿涉及人身攻擊。

- The purpose of this course evaluation form is to help the instructor and students to improve the course quality.
- Visit the home page of Shih Chien University, enter the student ID number and password to login Enter Administration System (New).
( Homepage → Information Services → Enter Administration System (New) → Academic Affairs Module → Academic Affairs System → Student feedback system → GB0101-Student feedback) - According to the course selection regulation, students are allowed to add/drop courses online the next semester when they finish all course evaluation forms during the semester.
- Please finish the questionnaire in this period of time, and students could use the spare computer classroom.
- All students will remain anonymous in the survey. Please feel free to express your opinions.
- Please do give the teacher more encouragement if the teacher has done great practice in teaching.
- Please pay attention to Internet etiquette. Give constructive suggestions and avoid personal or subjective arguments.
